Route common Klickitat County requests by court and record type:

  • Superior Court docket or certified record: contact the Klickitat County Clerk, the custodian for felony, civil, family, probate, guardianship, and other Superior Court files
  • East or Goldendale municipal record: contact East Klickitat District Court at 509-773-4670
  • West, Bingen, or White Salmon municipal record: contact West Klickitat District Court at 509-493-1190
  • A current hearing: check the court schedule, then confirm the date with the court of record
  • A public case index: use the docket search, then request official papers from the custodian

For Superior Court case files, contact the Klickitat County Clerk / Superior Court Clerk, 205 S Columbus Ave., Room 204, Goldendale, WA 98620, at 509-773-5744. The counter is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. District and municipal records remain with East or West District Court rather than the County Clerk.
